Choose 3 sessions at either 6.00am, or 6.15pm, Monday to Friday.

All sessions take place at: 
Walnut Road Park, Accessed via Walnut Road, Torquay TQ2 5JY 

Walnut Road Park is next to Mr Cook Pub, opposite Torre Valley North.
Free off-road parking.

Sessions Timetable:

Early (6.00am 6.45am) available Mon, Wed, Fri

Evening (6.15pm - 7.00pm) available Mon, Wed, Thurs

**Note: For your first session please arrive 10 minutes early so we can say 'Hi' and 
fill in your pre-exercise form.

You will be coached by Dan, a Fully Qualified Personal Trainer, 
for 3 x 45 minute sessions.
The workouts will be fun and exhilarating and custom designed to help you get lean, tone up and feel great.

2) A nutrition plan to take the guesswork out of meal times.

We will provide you with your own custom meal plan. Exactly what you need, given your goals, your body, schedule, and food preferences. 

3) Motivation and  support to help you reach your goals. 

Not only will you have Dan's encouragement during the sessions, but you will also feel part of a Team of people who are all motivated towards achieving their goals.

Dan Healey is a fully qualified Personal Trainer (Level 3). He has been helping people Get Lean for  over 5 years. Serving his country in the military he knows the importance of keeping fit, both in mind and body. His approach to fitness is to make it fun and accessible for his clients no matter their fitness level and to impact the community in a positive way.
